Brand Campaign [2025]

Digital Engineering

The goal of the project was to communicate the value of digital engineering in a way that was engaging and accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Digital engineering plays a critical role in modern product development, but because it spans multiple tools, disciplines, and stages of the engineering process, it's difficult to explain through words alone.

Through motion graphics, we provided a high-level overview that made the concept more approachable while communicating its technical depth to executives and potential customers.

Visual Approach & Graphic Elements

Following the merger with Synopsys, I used Synopsys' purple as the primary color to align with the company's brand identity.

Since the Ansys brand still maintained a presence, I selectively adopted their brand color, yellow, as well.

I incorporated Ansys' "A Pattern" throughout the visuals, reinforcing the brand identity.

To make the visuals more dynamic while maintaining an efficient production workflow, I combined 2D & 3D graphics. This approach created a more engaging visual and a more efficient workflow.

Since digital engineering extends across various industries, I wanted to avoid focusing on a specific industry.

Therefore, I featured products from automotive, A&D, industrial, consumer electronics, and other sectors to represent the broader ecosystem rather than limiting the story to a single application.

Motion Approach

Digital Engineering is about connecting every stage of product development in a unified digital environment, from a single component to the broader product ecosystem.

To reflect this, I used continuous motion and seamless transitions to carry the idea of connection. Zoom transitions visually reinforce the sense of a connected system, from individual components to the larger system.
